I'm working with a Global Manufacturing Organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner in the Gloucestershire/Wiltshire area.

Description

As the Regional HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with SLT across the region to coach, manage and up skill on HR issues
  • Support and provide HR expertise in the delivery of matters such as complex change management programmes, union negotiations and TUPE Transfers.
  • Support the team when managing new projects to deliver the people strategy and facilitate implementation of wider strategic business objectives, whilst managing organisational and people change activities
  • Focus on Talent Management including workforce and succession planning
  • Drive engagement and provide support, to constantly improve employee retention and employee wellbeing.
  • Focus on Employee engagement
  • Lead on complex ER casework
  • Profile

    The right HR Business Partner will be:

  • CIPD Level 7 Qualified
  • Proven HR experience required in a Manufacturing/Logistics environment
  • Significant experience in a Senior HRBP position
  • Experience working in a unionised environment, ideally within a global multi site organisation
  • Substantive generalist HR experience, including working with trade unions, implementing organisational change, complex case management and supporting HR projects.
