Interim HR & MI Reporting Analyst

  • 9 month FTC
  • Up to £50,000 FTE
  • City of London
  • Part time 3 days a week

Oakleaf Partnership are working on an exciting new role with a prestigious Professional Services firm in the City on a HR & Reporting Analyst position.

What is the role

As HR & MI Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the Reward and Benefits Manager as well as the wider HR team. This role will work on the redesigning and providing of reports a well as going though the Management Information packs for senior management. You will be working closely with the Systems team to ensure reporting is achievable and fit for purpose as well as maintaining the HR Information system.

Experience required for this role includes

The successful candidate will have experience with HR systems, data and analysis. Experience of developing reporting templates and processes, and strong Excel skills.
