HR Business Partner job based in Coventry
Your new company
Working for a leading and prestigious public sector organisation based in Coventry, you will be a key team member of a small HR team looking after 450 staff.
Your new role
You will be responsible for a variety of duties including management of ER cases, sickness management, attending interview panels, liaising with unions, liaising and supporting departmental managers, Change management and organisational design. The role is diverse but you will be working in a supportive and friendly team
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have experience across the board either from a commercial/industrial background or public sector experience and be CIPD qualified. experience working across multiple disciplines and managers is essential.
