We are recruiting for a property and facilities services group that serves communities by providing healthy catering for schools, cleaning services and responsive home repairs and maintenance, while creating opportunities for local people to live, work, and grow for a fulfilling future.
Your new role
- Support the Lead People Partner for L & D to deliver the culture change initiative to improve the groups' employee performance.
- To support the development of a learning culture by working with People Partners to deliver the L & D strategy across the group.
- Lead and work in partnership with Mental Health First Aiders on measures to improve wellbeing across the group.
- Designing employee experience frameworks that allows the group to track and monitor employee engagement; this may include assessing the impact of people management practice on employee engagement.
- Creating ways to measure and assess engagement (for example, surveys).
- Designing approaches to internal communications which provide an employee voice.
- Reviewing management practices and their impact on the employee experience.
- Creating proactive approaches to well-being in the organisation to drive employee wellbeing.
- Supporting the creation and delivery of an Employer Brand
- Producing Management Information for board reports on progress on wellbeing initiatives.
- Developing equality and diversity development initiatives.
- Coordinate internal communication, ensuing consistency of message in line with values and brand.
- Any other duties commensurate with grade/ role.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of developing or managing employee engagement surveys
- Procurement or Contract management experience to secure employee engagement or other services
- Experience of presenting to boards and senior teams
- Development of programmes / interventions to support employee development
- Experience of managing employee wellbeing programmes
- Experience of developing and / or delivering employee development programmes
- Experience of managing internal communications channels
- CIPD Level3/5
- Attention to detail
- A positive attitude
- Work as part of a team
- IT literate including MS Office and Teams
- Strong customer focus
