Job Details

As HRBP working Hybrid out of the Leeds office you will partner with the each business area across the UK business to ensure each area is operating with its optimum resource and has the required skill sets at all times. Then you will be responsible for ensuring all colleagues are achieving their performance goals/targets, by providing a great performance management framework and structure that maximises capability and drives ongoing improvement.

Description
- Supporting the delivery of the businesses people agenda.
- Own the end to end performance management framework for the business.
- Work closely with Managers to identify both under performance and great performance, ensuring the appropriate interventions are in place.
- Provide 1:1 coaching for Managers on how to have effective performance conversations and supporting them where necessary in meetings.
- Establish a resourcing strategy for our Practice Areas and ensuring it is delivered.
- Support complex ER matters, including the general development and up-skilling of HR Advisor Team.
- Reviewing the overall benefits packages to ensure employees are motivated and retained by the business as well as attracting more highly talented individuals
- Assessing current teams skills and resources to ensure the business has the right people in the right places
- Working with recruitment agencies to find and attract new talent
- Reviewing data provided by the internal MI analysts to gain insights and make recommendations for improvements within departments.
- Provide input to L&D on talent management and succession planning.
Profile
- This role would consider people from a variety of backgrounds
- You must be people focused
- Have experience of monitoring performance and getting the best from people in a work environment
- Experience of Talent mapping and recruitment would also be an advantage
