HR Advisor

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with a small HR consultancy based in South Gloucestershire, to recruit a talented, externally focused HR Advisor on a permanent basis. (Either full or part time - minimum 3 days / week and full flexibility to suit)

You will be provide a mix of HR advice, guidance and solutions across all generalist HR disciplines and recruitment, to a client portfolio based across in the UK.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Provide the highest quality of HR services to a diverse client portfolio. Identifying requirements, delivering timely advice and solutions as agreed with the client.
• Ensure the work for each client is progressed as agreed and that problems / issues are managed to a positive outcome efficiently.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver a consistent client service.
• Liaise with local legal partners to effectively project manage complex cases.
• Provide technical and operational HR advice and draft supporting documents, for all aspects of the employment cycle, including; recruitment and employment contracts, advice on ad hoc queries and employment law, internal HR policies, variations of terms, transfers, employee benefits, performance and termination cases and other relevant HR and Employment law matters.

Suitable applicants will have:

• Solid experience of working at an HR Advisor level.
• CIPD qualification, Level 5 or above. (or ample relevant experience)
• Ability and confidence to advise clients on HR matters, within current employment legislation.
• Good IT skills and excellent communication and attention to detail.

You must also have the ability to work as part of a small friendly team and, be proactive and efficient, with strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
