Henlee Resourcing is delighted to be working with this highly profitable, hugely successful business, to support the recruitment of a new HR Advisor into their team.

An experienced HR Assistant, Officer or Advisor is sought, to assist their Regional HR Business Partners, as they embark an exciting time in the company's history.

This fast-paced role will see you offering generalist life-cycle support to colleagues across the business, with your primary focus being management of employee relations, covering a diverse array of cases; disciplinary & grievance, short and long-term sickness, performance management, Tupe, policy development and KPI and MI reporting. As well as numerous nationally focused projects.

Suitable applicants will have strong employment law knowledge, gained in a pacey (ideally multi-site) environment, with demonstrable experience of the above, coupled with a desire to develop and progress.

Outstanding customer service, great systems, communication and, time management skills are also essential, as is the flexibility to visit sites across the Southeast if needed (less than 10%).
