Description

  • Review all current benefits across the UK
  • Develop and oversee project to work on a large benefits harmonisation project
  • Develop and build relationships with external suppliers
  • Ensuring system and data is accurate and up to date
  • Support and manage the implementation of a Time and Attendance system
  • Annual pay review and planning
  • M&A due diligence
  • Incentive plans

Profile

  • Proven track record in a Compensation/Benefits/Reward type role
  • Experience working with 3rd party suppliers
  • Strong holder management skills
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Experience working on Pension/Health care schemes etc
  • HRIS knowledge
