- Review all current benefits across the UK
- Develop and oversee project to work on a large benefits harmonisation project
- Develop and build relationships with external suppliers
- Ensuring system and data is accurate and up to date
- Support and manage the implementation of a Time and Attendance system
- Annual pay review and planning
- M&A due diligence
- Incentive plans
Profile
- Proven track record in a Compensation/Benefits/Reward type role
- Experience working with 3rd party suppliers
- Strong holder management skills
- Strong analytic skills
- Experience working on Pension/Health care schemes etc
- HRIS knowledge
