Learning and Development Specialist

  • Permanent up to £35,000 + 3% pension

Oakleaf Partnership are representing a successful brokerage in central Manchester. The business is due to open a Leeds office which will be the second new office in 3 years. This growth will see the need for a L&D Specialist to cover inductions and sales training to service the Leeds population.

What is the role

Reporting into the Head of L&D and part of team of specialists, you'll be delivering intorductions to the business, inductions to newn starters on the systems, as well as designing and delivering soft skills training on sales techniques. You'll need to keep up to date with business changes and regulations to conduct learning needs analysis, creating refreshers courses and upskill programmes to suit individuals in the company and help them improve their knowledge. The opportunity to get involved in adhoc project work is encouraged, such as updating existing content, revamping the intranet, and driving L&D initiatives.

Candidate profile / experience

The successful candidate will be able to engage and motivate groups of trainees, present information in an interactive way, and adhere to to FCA regulations. Experience delivering training in a sales/contact centre environment would be an advantage.
