HR Assistant in Liphook, £14/hr rate, 12 months initially, working for an upcoming entertainment business.

Your new company
Trading for almost 40 years in worldwide leisure distribution; a well-rounded and proactive HR assistant is needed to support the expansion of the UK team and its ongoing growth. You will form an integral part in the company's mission to provide innovate and enjoyable experiences for customers across the globe.

Your new role
As HR assistant, you will cover a range of HR areas including payroll, project administration and generalist HR coordination duties. Your main tasks will involve working closing with managers and employees in providing support in performance management, talent acquisition and reward activities. As well as this, you will be collaborating with team members in data manipulation, research, analysis and reporting. Payroll duties will involve preparing monthly payroll changes for employees and coordination of pension requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
For this role, experience in a busy and generalist HR coordination/ administration role is required, specifically, experience in payroll and pension preparation. Exposure to MS office, particularly excel, is also essential. Strong confidence in the use of HR information systems such as PeopleHR and SAP SuccessFactors is needed. You will be a confident and adaptable character with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in supporting team members and meeting deadlines.
