Global Property Company | Talent Acquisition Lead | c£75k
Your new company:
Global property company, based in central London.
Your new role:
Being responsible for the recruitment process across the EMEA region. You will be working closely with the hiring managers to strategise on how to attract the best talent into the business. You will be responsible for conducting full lifecycle, high-impact targeted talent acquisition processes including job specification development, drafting Job ads, applicant sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, evaluating and negotiating offers.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience within a HR function, focusing on TA operating across all functional areas and multiple countries
- Results oriented and analytical in approach
- Full lifecycle talent acquisition process experience with an emphasis on efficiency and ensuring a successful applicant/candidate experience
What you'll get in return:
