Page Personnel are currently partnering with a leading manufacturing and production business, based in Skelmersdale, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their growing team. Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for managing employee relations cases, supporting in HR related projects, and providing advice and guidance to managers and employees

Description

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing advice and guidance to senior management and employees
  • Supporting the HR Director in the delivery of HR strategy
  • Leading HR related projects
  • Managing employee relations cases while taking ownership of risk management
  • Contributing to the change management strategy
  • Delivering effective stakeholder engagement
  • Ensuring that the business is fully compliant with all legal requirements
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have:

  • A proven track record within a busy generalist HR role at Advisory level
  • CIPD L5 or above (desirable)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate, including all Microsoft Office applications
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A strong work ethic with a genuine desire to succeed
