Finance Assistant/ London/ Hybrid / Full time and Permanent/ up to £28,000

Ashley Kate Finance are excited to be working with a client who are looking for a Finance Assistant. This is a new opportunity working for a fantastic company.

Finance Assistant - About the role
·Working with the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to process the cash allocations
·Processing bank reconciliations at month end and investigating this when required.
·Processing of bank payments
·Posting of company car fleet payments
·Allocation of cash in line with remits from funders and liaising with other departments to query any differences and look into under/overpayments.
·Recording, cashing and allocation of cheques received
·Allocation of any rejected direct debits
·Complete write off where requested
·Management of expenses
Finance Assistant - About you:
·Experience in a previous Finance Assistant role
·Good written and verbal communication skills
·Excellent time management and ability to manage workload.
