Digital Learning Specialist
- Permanent up to £40,000 + bonus + 4% pension

- Working from home (with offices in the North for team days)
Oakleaf Partnership are representing an award winning UK based law firm that also offers services internationally, for both personal and commercial legal advice, circa 3000 employees.
What is the role
You'll design learning materials across a range of methods with an emphasis on e-learning and digital solutions, including video production. You can use the SME's in the firm to produce engaging and interactive scripts and storyboards for designing visual training material. You'll also work closely with stakeholders in the business to create and develop digital content relevant to their teams and skill gaps, creating a blended approach across the whole group. The firm is primarily remote, so you'll support leaders to engage colleagues, and deliver consistent and valuable coaching virtually, driving a great culture. You'll also be the liaison for the LMS and other external digital providers.
Candidate profile / experience
The successful candidate will have experience designing digital learning solutions, preferably with a background using Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia. Being a strong communicator and building relationships with stakeholders is key, and the ability to stick to deadlines.
