HR Advisor, 6 month FTC

Frazer Jones are working with a leading global Professional Services firm based in Manchester. They are looking to hire an experience HR Advisor initially on a 6 month FTC.

The purpose of the HR Advisor role is to provide dedicated support to the HR Business Partners and their fee earner departments and manage the day-to-day operational issues that arise. The HR Advisor will work with the HR Business Partners and their client groups to design and deliver effective HR solutions. The role will have a strong Employee Relations focus but also involve producing monthly and ad hoc MI and analytics for the team and assisting with and coordinating HR projects.

The successful candidate will have broad HR generalist experience working at an Advisor level, ideally gained in a Professional Services environment. They will also have an understanding of current employment Law, particularly regarding practical application in dealing with employee relation issues. They will be a graduate or equivalent and ideally CIPD qualified or working towards qualification. Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced professional environment is essential.

Based in central Manchester, they are looking for someone who can start immediately or with a months notice. They operate a hybrid working policy with two days/week at home.
