HR Manager
North BirminghamSchool based - Term time only
Initial 3 month Temp contract
Up to 2 days working from home
You will be providing a full generalist support to both academic and non academic staff. This will include recruitment and selection, ER case management and absence management. Supported by a HR Administrator, you will work closely with the Head Teacher to ensure the school delivers against its core values.
This role doesn't require experience of working in a education environment, but you must be a self starter and able to pick things up quickly as this is a busy fast paced role.
