HR Coordinator, Leatherhead, £14/hr, 12 months initially, working for an innovative consultancy company.
Your new company
Forefront in the success of engineering-based solutions for a wide range of clientele, a role for HR Coordinator is required in playing a crucial part in operating a successful HR department to ensure a customer focussed service delivery.
Your new role
Within this role you will play a significant part in the employee lifecycle and processing accurate HR documentation. You will form a part of the wider HR Operations team in contributing towards completing payroll and security clearance duties. You will also work closely alongside the Recruitment team, HRBPs and L&D team in contributing to the future development of the HR department in line with the company values of consistent support and evolution.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be experienced in HR administration with exposure to managing multiple deadlines. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy with a flair for teamwork and customer service are sought for, with an adaptable and positive attitude to work.
