Your new company
Our client are a fast growing sales business looking to appoint a standalone HR manager to support their workforce of 60 employees.

Your new role
As a standalone HR Manager, you would report directly in the MD, supporting a workforce of 60 employees in a truly generalist role with duties including:

  • Building positive relationships with managers and Directors throughout the business
  • Accountable for employee engagement to ensure that employees connect with and commit to the business strategy & goals
  • Manage investigations and all employee relation cases
  • Monitor and analyse people data and work with line managers regarding recommendations
  • Absence management
  • Responsible for full recruitment and talent management
  • Review and manage contracts
  • Ensuring compliance throughout the business with HR policies

This is a part time role and the client are able to offer flexible hours between 20-25 hours a week Monday to Friday with the option to work 1 day from home where suitable.

What you'll need to succeed
This is a hands-on role with great visibility within the business and will give you the opportunity to add value and implement your own ideas whilst being the focal point of contact for HR within the business.

Our client are looking for an experienced HR generalist with the ability and confidence to work in a newly established standalone role. You will be resilient and confident to challenge where appropriate and be very strong at building relationships.
