Your new company
You will be working a dynamic an progressive engineering company with a 3 year expansion plan.
Your new role
This a great opportunity for a HR Professional looking to move into a HR Manager role. There will initially be a HRD in place that will support and mentor whilst you transition into the role. The strategic and operational strategy is in place and you will come on board to deliver and ensure that all policies and procedures are reflective on the business and people plan. Ensure the handbook is up to date, improve processes and cover the employee lifecycle with a full generalist remit.
What you'll need to succeed
Full generalist experience
CIPD L5 min (or equivalent)
Confident in your HR knowledge and ability to transition into a standalone HR role.
