Our client is looking for HR Assistant to join their team on a permanent contract. This is a generalist role in a supportive friendly environment.

Description

  • Deal with all HR related queries.
  • Ability to offer constructive and technical advice.
  • Keep all employee records up to date on the HR system.
  • Lead the end to end recruitment processes.
  • Prepare new starter documents and draft employee letters.
  • Build a rapport with stakeholders and offer advice and guidance.
  • Work with line managers to ensure all probationary and appraisal processes are up to date.
  • Be an advocate of the company values at all times.
  • Support and provide administrative support for our Learning and Development function.
  • Work in collaboration with the HR team

Profile

  • CIDP L3 plus (desirable)
  • Used HR systems (Cascade, desirable)
  • High communication skills both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • High organisation skills
  • Experience in a similar role

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary 25k - 29k depending on experience
  • Annual bonus depending on the company performance
  • 23 days holiday + BH + 3 days at Christmas and increases annually up to 30 days
