Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for a L&D Advisor within a global law firm, This role is open to current Advisor's looking to focus on a new area or coordinators looking to take a step up as an advisor.
Learning & Development Advisor
- £35,000 - £40,000

Key role responsibilities:
- Maintain the data of people and talent within the firm ensuring the integration of information on talent systems.
- Focus on trainee, paralegal and associates L&D programmes
- Assist new starters transferring from other areas of the global firm
- Manage key aspects of the firms people data
- Support aspects of senior partner nominations
- Support transitions of departing partners
- Suggest development on coaching programmes and communicate with external providers via feedback, meetings and updates
The person:
- Highly organised
- Previous 2 year's experience of L&D
- Previous experience of working in a demanding corporate environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Degree qualification minimum
- Previous experience using excel, PowerPoint, word
