The Company

This Abu Dhabi based company is a leading organisation in the UAE and have a diverse portfolio of assets under ownership. With impressive financial results, this reputable corporate is now looking to develop its talent strategy, and hence, have created this new role to oversee the development of talent in the UAE.

The Role

This new role will work with peers, and the executive leadership team, to design, roll out, and embed the corporate talent management strategy for the business. You will liaise with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the best talent is being retained and developed in line with the company values and their methodology.

The key priorities will be to develop a robust and forward-thinking succession planning methodology and process. You will also build talent programs across all levels in the company, as well as develop a world class graduate program.

The Criteria

To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced in-house talent specialist with strong stakeholder management skills, and experience from a respected multinational company. You will have recently developed and embedded a succession planning process for your organisation using the latest technology and HR systems.
