Hugely exciting opportunity to join a rapidly-scaling business as HR Business Partner. You will be responsible for the delivery of generalist HR support to a number of business units in the UK. A strong focus on embedding processes, ways of working and structures as the company scales up. You will also participate in HR projects.
Hybrid working - 2/3 days onsite in Winnersh. Good benefits on offer.

Our client is a rapidly-scaling manufacturing and services business with a very exciting future ahead. They have in offices in the UK, France, Sweden and Germany with ambitious growth and expansion plans. They are rapidly moving towards serial production in Q1 2023.
Description
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Business Partner (high-growth business) is one of 2 UK HRBPs forming part of the HR Generalist (Operations) team in the UK and part of a wider HR Generalist Team encompassing all of our markets in Europe, the Nordics and USA.
- Deliver and manage HR day to day activities and operational solutions to ensure that policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently across the markets.
- Provide first line advice and support to managers and staff in relation to policy queries, interpreting these to provide quality input, guiding on best practice and procedure or referring to local experts as appropriate.
- Support the development and execution of functional level HR plans.
- Play a key role in keeping a good employee relations environment and a high level of staff engagement and trust. Support and manage sensitive employee matters as necessary.
- Participate in compensation processes, bench marking and benefits.
- Help develop processes and suggest improvements.
- Lead and support on HR project activities on an "as required" basis to deliver appropriate HR solutions in line with the Business needs and people agenda.
- Be a true business partner, establish and maintain strong relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders, at all levels across the company.
- Always maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth mindset and knowledge sharing and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements as to fairness and equality of employment.
- Create, develop and implement practical and effective methods, to enhance the HR experience for employees.
- This role will further support pan EU projects and EU based HR Managers with their UK employee issues.
This role offers hybrid working, with the expectation that you will be in the office in Winnersh 2-3 days per week on average.
Profile

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Solid experience of performing as a HR Business Partner or similar role supporting multiple business units in different markets.
- HR experience working within fast paced scaling organizations with global reach.
- Experience of providing end to end HR support; excellent planning, organization and administration skills.
- HR degree or CIPD qualification.
- Experience of using HRIS and using data to produce insights.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law is essential and some knowledge of EU employment law and its application would be very useful.
- Some experience of coaching, facilitation would be advantageous.
- Fluent English essential and a second language, ideally French or German would be welcomed.
- Must be highly competent in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience of Agile working practices would be a bonus.

This role offers hybrid working, with the expectation that you will be in the office in Winnersh 2-3 days per week on average.
