Description

The key responsibilities of HR Manager will;

• Provide advice and generalist HR support.
• Develop effective on-going relationships, responding to queries directly and influencing managers to follow a best practice approach.
• Assist departmental managers on the interpretation of company policies and procedures as well as local agreements.
• Support in delivering the People plan for the year.
• Lead and Develop the HR Team.
• Support the Payroll Administrator with the integration of weekly and monthly payroll.
• Assists in disciplinary / grievance hearings, advising on legislative and company policy and procedures.

Profile

• Proven HR experience in similar role.
• CIPD L5 and above (Desirable)
• High communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience of supporting managers with complex employee relations issues.
• High understanding of UK employment law.
