HR Advisor for a remote opportunity to support a national NHS organisation with Employer relations cases


We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor who has a broad experience of employer relations case work and ideally recent background of the NHS

Working on a remote basis you will be working across the UK supporting an NHS organisations with employer relations case work and advice to managers. You will be provide pragmatic HR advise, investigate and resolve employer relations issues engaging with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates

  • Seeking experienced Senior HR Advisor/HR Advisor with employee relations experience
  • Must have reasonably recent NHS experience
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience

Remote working,
3 months initial contract via Hays / possibly FTC
Ideally starting immediately
