Based in Liverpool and a growing production company. They are keen to bring in a HR Business Partner to support their team.
Client Details
Our client is a production many in Liverpool and offices across UK&I.
Description
Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Support all levels of line management with ER casework
- Develop and deliver training for line managers
- Help guide and advice all stakeholders in HR issues across the business
- Develop company policy and procedure
- Provide support in the recruitment including providing support on interview panels, assessment centres and recruitment days
Profile
To be successful you will have
- CIPD L5 +
- High understanding of UK employment law
- Been in a role similar to this
- High communication skills
- Developed L&D in a previous role
- Support a HR Teams
