Hays are excited to represent a leading public sector organisation in Milton Keynes, who pride themselves on being a family friendly, employer of choice, who encourage development and growth and are seeking a Permanent HR BP / Senior HR Manager.

Your new role
As a Permanent HR BP / Senior HR Manager, you will report to the Head of People Operations, this is a true generalist HR role, encompassing both operational HR duties and strategic HR duties:
Duties will include:
Providing a professional, business partner approach, to Senior Stakeholders.
Implementing succession planning and talent management.
Maintaining and driving a positive strategic approach to employee engagement initiatives, using pulse surveys and employee forums to keep abreast of employee feedback .
Supporting with cyclical employee life cycle activities, including the salary review process.
You will be the ER specialist, who will support with any complex ER cases.
Coaching and delivering training on HR best practice..
Supporting with senior level recruitment and selection.
Supporting with HR projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR BP / Senior HR Manager, who has a wealth of experience business partnering, influencing and persuading Senior Stakeholders in a complex organisation. You will ideally be qualified to level 7 of the CIPD or equivalent and degree educated or equivalent. You must also have a wealth of experience managing complex ER cases.
