The successful candidate will provide full generalist support across the Group. You will provide support and guidance to managers on a range of complex ER cases (including absences, performance, grievances and probation reviews). You will review employee relations data and work with management to address concerns, and support the People and Culture team on a range of different projects.

Page Personnel have partnered with a leading, and well established franchise business, who are based in Sheffield. They are looking for a People and Culture Advisor to join them on a full time and permanent basis.

Description

The successful People and Culture Advisor will:

  • Provide coaching and support to managers on a range of complex employee relations cases including absences, performance, grievances and disciplinaries and probation reviews
  • Review employee relations data and work with managers to address concerns
  • Provide support on family leave matters
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures

Profile

The successful People and Culture Advisor will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a HR generalist role, with experience of providing a comprehensive advisory service on complex ER cases
  • Excellent attention to detail with experience of dealing with confidential information
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills across Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint

Job Offer
