Description
The successful Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for:
- Speaking with clients and understanding their needs
- Advertising and recruiting new candidates using various job boards
- Being the point of contact for candidates and ensuring that they have a great candidate experience
- Working on multiple roles ensuring strict deadlines are met
Profile
The successful Recruitment Assistant will have:
- Previous recruitment experience either from a recruitment consultancy or healthcare
- The ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous healthcare recruitment and an understanding of medical recruitment is essential
- Be able to go into the office 5 days per week
Job Offer
The successful Recruitment Assistant can expect a salary between £25-35,000.
