HR Manager (Regional) - Sheffield / Regional travel, £50-60k DOE. Exciting, dynamic and growing business in the Sustainability Sector

I am delighted to be exclusively partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing Group in the Sustainability Sector. This is nationwide organisation with its head office located in the Sheffield area.
This business is currently experiencing a period of continued growth (through acquisitions and organically), ongoing investment and are now one of the market leaders in their field.
Due to this period of growth, they are now looking to onboard a brand-new role to the HR and Management Team, of a HR Business Partner to help shape and grow the business.

Your new role
Reporting into the Chief People Officer, this is a truly blended Strategic/Project and Operational role. You will be responsible for delivering a people strategy that will grow the HR provision and develop the company's Culture, Employee Satisfaction, Training & Development, Recruitment/Retention strategies & Communications around the company - resulting in building capabilities, high results of employment engagement; recruiting the necessary people around them to support and achieve this, and strong retention.

You will be a proven confident leader who has both creative ideas and process-driven experience that will allow you to effectively develop the HR function and You will be involved in a multitude of strategic projects, as well as the day-to-day HR activities including:

-Delivering the people agenda and strategy that will develop the provision of the HR department, and ultimately the group and its growth
-Develop and implement policies and changes to support the People Strategy -Assisting with acquisition and integration projects
-Assist with the development and roll out of a Group wide Culture, Employee Satisfaction & Communications -Be a trusted Partner to Senior Stakeholders in the Group
-Ensure full compliance with HR law and advise the business on effective ways to handle HR
-Review and develop policies and processes to ensure compliance with employment law and with the goal of supporting the business -Assisting the Talent Acquisition Specialist with the creation of the hiring activity and resource planning (short and long term) for the business.
-Develop and run system reports and analytics for Senior Managers
-Responsible for the reward and benefits review and changes

What you'll need to succeed
-Ideally you will be CIPD qualified to a minimum of Level 5 (ideally 7)
-Possess strong leadership experience with the ability to develop robust relationships with senior stakeholders, management and the wider business
-Experienced with managing and leading change and transformation
-Experience of coaching and mentoring senior/management including delivering training and other learning interventions

- Competitive Salary between £50000 and £60000 DOE experience and qualifications

This is a regional role - your base will be at the head office in Sheffield - with regional travel to the other 2 main offices (including West Yorkshire and Gloucestershire) - and other smaller sites (4) where necessary.
Standard office hours are 8.30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday - open to flexibility and with a possibility of 1 day a week from home A unique opportunity to join a growing company
