Your new company
You will be joining an organisation who are contributing towards some incredible work in within the research/science world. The organisation have 3,500 employees and this is an opportunity to join their HR centre of excellence.
Your new role
You will be joining a team who deliver the employee lifecycle support to managers and employees across the organisation. This is a busy role and you will work with the team to ensure managers receive prompt and accurate advice when required and will support employees with queries also. The organisation have policies and processes that they will provide training on, but its important you are able to interpret policy and have an understanding of HR best practice. The COE are keen to maximise opportunity for improvement and therefore there will be opportunity to suggest new ideas, feedback on trends you see and how the COE can become even better.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be comfortable and confident at speaking to managers and employees via email, phone, and face to face. Whilst you don't always need to know the answer right away, you will be able to provide a professional service and ensure the correct information is provided to your customer. We are looking for a HR Assistant who has previous experience of supporting the employee lifecycle and ideally who has CIPD Level 3 too.
