Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global accountancy firm who are expanding their Payroll team. They are recruiting for a Payroll Associate to join a busy team and ensure clients' payrolls are processed accurately whilst supporting the team with all aspects of payroll. What is the role

As a Payroll Associate, you will ensure all client's payrolls are processed accurately and in a timely manner, you will maintain a portfolio of client payrolls, ensure all starters, leavers, benefits, and allowances information is on the database, calculations of payments, processing P45s, preparing payslips, completion of expenses processing, responding to client queries, and be aware of the firm's compliance procedures.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role, will have a strong work ethic, the ability to multitask and prioritize payroll workload, excellent communication and organizational skills, working knowledge of MS Office, and knowledge of changes to legislation that affect payroll.
