Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global accountancy firm who are expanding their Payroll team. They are recruiting for a Payroll Executive to join a busy team and ensure clients' payrolls are processed accurately whilst supporting the team with all aspects of payroll. What is the role

As a Payroll Executive, you will ensure all client payrolls are processed accurately and in a timely manner, you will maintain a portfolio of client payrolls processing around 1000 headcount, ensure all starters, leavers, benefits, and allowances information is on the database, calculations of payments, processing P45s, assisting supervisors with BACs, reviewing and quality checking associate's payrolls, resolving any issues with clients and manage escalations, periodically review payrolls and be aware of the firm's policies at all times.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role, will have a strong work ethic, the ability to multitask and prioritise payroll workload, excellent communication and organisational skills, working knowledge of MS Office, and knowledge of changes to legislation that affect payroll.
