Macmillan Davies are delighted to be working on a retained basis with a leading organisation to recruit a permanent Head of Reward and Insights
Location, Slough, Berkshire, 1 or 2 days a week on site
Salary £80.000 - £90.000 (maximum) and a bonus 10%
Direct reports - two
The role
Working closely with Senior Leadership team, you will develop and implement a clear, meaningful and motivating remuneration strategy that plays a key role in supporting how we attract, retain and grow talent whilst also leading on the company's People systems and analytics initiatives, bringing our data to life to enable us to take our service to the next level.
Manage annual and ad hoc remuneration processes ensuring they are consistent, equitable and enable more talent differentiation.
Ensure career framework, job families, market data and comparators are managed effectively, and own external benchmarking tools and vendor relationships to inform competitive, fair and equitable decision-making
Maintain a comprehensive view of the external market, market trends and innovative compensation and benefits being offered by leading competitors
Research and develop proposals to enhance remuneration and benefit programmes that promote diversity and inclusions at all levels
Develop relationships across the business to bring disparate data sources together to maximise the insights available from the team

About you
Strong head of Reward background with experience of UK, & ideally some international markets, in all areas of compensation and benefits
Experience in supporting the design aspects of reward strategy
Confident writing creatively about reward to help promote EVP and design creative launch and refocus campaigns
expertise in interpreting complex data, creating powerful visuals,
Experience in leading and implementing change
Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson job evaluation or equivalent
Comfortable working within a fast-paced, PE backed business environment
