Description

The key responsibilities of the ER Advisor are to;

• Provide first class advice and guidance on all Employee Relations matters
• Work in partnership with managers and senior leaders, advising and coaching them towards the best possible outcome and resolution of Employee Relations issues.
• Effective and efficient end-to-end management of high volume dispute resolution case load (appeals, grievances).
• Attend hearings for complex cases and provide face-to-face advice to management.
• Effective and efficient end-to-end management of an allocated region/business long term sickness cases.

Profile

The successful ER Advisor will have;

• Experience in handling ER cases (disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, long term sickness)
• Ability to handle complex cases remotely
• Up to date knowledge of employment legislation

Job Offer
