Payroll Implementation Manager - up to £600p/d (outside IR35)- Hybrid working available

* 6 month assignment
* Up to £600p/d (outside IR35)
* Southeast London
* Hybrid working - fully remote with ad-hoc office based days as and when required

Oakleaf Partnership are representing a leading business within financial services who are recruiting an interim Payroll Implementation Manager to lead an EMEA project.

You will be joining a small team where you will be managing the EMEA payroll project, moving multiple providers across to one payroll solution. You will work closely with the wider business including the HR BP and Group Head of HR. You will be the point of contact for all payroll project queries across the business.

The successful candidate will have solid EMEA implementation experience and have lead a payroll project previously. This candidate will be confident liaising with multiple in country providers and performing GAP analysis at country initiation.
You will have prior experience working within a Payroll Implementation Manager role and be on less than 1 months' notice period.
