Your new company
You'll be working for a prestigious global chemical company with strong UK roots and a global network, with reach into a range of sectors.
Your new role
You will join the Early Careers team as a Global Early Careers Recruiter. You would act as a trusted advisor to the business across Early Careers Recruitment, sharing external best practice and trends in early careers. Responsibilities would include: leading a team on the global recruitment of high calibre graduates onto the 5 year programme, running assessment centres, senior dinners, support learning & development, school relationship management and graduate succession.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience and understanding in graduate recruitment or early careers environment, and how to hire the best early talent into the business.
Graduate market exposure.
Partnered with universities previously with strong client and stakeholder engagement.
University market knowledge.
Experience in FTSE/ Matrix or Group organisation.
Degree educated.
Numerate and strong data analytical skills.
