I am currently recruiting for a People Operations Manager to work for a high-profile charity that supports individuals who are suffering with severe and complex health issues. If you are a compassionate and ambitious individual with experience managing the people operations function, then this could be the perfect fit.
About the role
This role is a crucial operational role that works within a collaborative, high energy team- it is a brilliant opportunity for a HR professional who wants to set up and deliver an efficient service in a fast-paced organisation. This role will include managing the operational function to ensure the full employee lifecycle needs are met as well as being able to review and streamline systems and processes. The team will have three direct reports where they will lead the operations team.
The successful candidate will have exceptional experience as a People Operations Manager where they will have managed the HRIS, and generalist HR operations as well as exposure to different successful people or HR models. This individual will also need to have excellent relationship-building skills with a solutions-centric approach.
