Description
- Report to Head of People services, managing a team of HR Coordinators and Systems Partner
- Ensure an effective HR Operations service offering to the business
- Workforce data reporting
- Develop and manage the team including 121s, appraisals, PDPs etc
- Identify areas for continuous improvement
- Ensure System is regularly updated and providing accurate information
- Writing reports and presenting at board level
- Agree and work to agreed SLAs with the business
Profile
- CIPD qualified
- Knowledge of HR systems
- Previous management experience
- Proven track record in an HR operations or shared service role
- Enthusiastic and engaging
- Strong stakeholder management skills
