Are you an experienced Generalist HR Advisor?
Do you enjoy remote work with occasional travel?
Are you available for a fixed term contract?
 
 
If so this could be the role for you!  Our client have a number of sites across the UK, and seek a candidate located in the north for a 6 month fixed term contract. We seek a strong HR generalist with particular experience with managing employee relation cases and redundancy consultations?
 
 
About this role:
·Work closely with the HRBP to assist with areas such as redundancy consultations and TUPE-Out
·Provide first line support to managers within the business
·Using the HR systems to prepare and run reports
·Handle varied ER cases
·Being involved in the development of the redundancy process
 
HR Advisor - About you:
·Ability to work independently
·Excellent organisational skills
·CIPD Level 5 or working towards
·Previous experience in a similar environment
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
