A leading financial services firm providing investment banking services to a diversified client base that includes corporations, institutional customers, and governments. The firm has operations in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Vancouver, New York, London, Dublin, Paris, and Hong Kong.
Your new role
We are expanding our HR team and are seeking a HR Generalist to provide support to the London and Paris offices. This role will be under direct supervision and support from the Senior HRBP and HR team located in Dublin.
The HR Generalist will be liaising with employees in the international offices to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of all HR-related activities.
What you'll need to succeed
The HR Generalist will be a highly motivated and committed individual, who thrives in a fast-paced working environment, has excellent communication skills that enable them to build strong professional relationships and can adapt to individual work styles across varying entities internationally.
Fluent French & English is essential, as well as experience working within financial services.
