Description

Your responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Support and coach managers to provide employee relations advice and guidance.
• Operate a triage process for the effective and timely handling and escalation of employment matters
• Case management on a range of ER issues
• Collaborate and assist the HR team providing a triage approach and appropriate support
• Work collaboratively with our HR BP team
• Work effectively as a team member to support the overall team development.
• Deliver short sessions where necessary to improve understanding of the service to the wider management community.
• Support and coordinate on HR projects where required

Profile

• Experience in handling high volume level ER casework
• CIPD qualification is desirable
• take a hands on approach;
• Work as part of a wider HR team;
• build effective relationships with professionals at all levels;
• excellent communication and coaching skills, and
• an ability to positively challenge and influence.
