A worldwide known Insurance business are looking for an experienced HR Communications Manager to join their global Transformation Team on an initial 6 month temporary basis.

The business are currently on an exciting journey to grown, simplify and transform their business to accelerate performance.

Joining a global Transformation Team of 60, this role will manage communication across the Technology Simplification project stream. You will ensure messages are delivered effectively and efficiently to employees globally that will be impacted by the technology changes and ensure feedback, issues and risks are shared continuosly.

Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate experiences managing communications on large scale projects that include the delivery of new technology to end users. Global experience would be beneficial.

  • Effective stakeholder management and confident at executive level
  • Proficient in English communication skills
  • Ability to build "agile" plans
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, busy and pressurised environment
  • Growth mindset and delivery focused approach

Details:

6 month temp

Inside IR35 / £500- £600 Umbrella

Hybrid working - remote with travel to London once a month
