Job Details
A new and exciting opportunity for a HRBP to join a University located in South West London. This will be a FTC initially for 12 months, but could be extended.

A reputable University based in SW London, offering hybrid working.
Description
The successful HRBP will be responsible for:
* Providing support and guidance to managers around employee relations cases
* Advising on complex queries
* Supporting hiring managers with recruitment
* Creating and updating HR policies and procedures
* HR Project work.
Profile
The successful HRBP must have:
* HRBP / Senior HR Advisor experience
* Public sector experience would be desirable
* Flexibility around supporting the team.
