A new and exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join an education group based in South London. This is a permanent opportunity to join a fantastic HR team at their head office.

Description
The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:
* Providing advice and guidance to managers around the organisation on various HR policies and procedures
* Supporting with complex employee relations casework
* Updating and amending HR policies in line with current employment legislation
* Supporting the recruitment team
* HR project work.
Profile
The successful HR Advisor must have:
* HR Advisory experience
* Experience of working within education would be beneficial but not essential
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to be adaptable, flexible and proactive.
