Your new company
Hays are excited to represent a multi-national, fast-paced, commercial organisation, who are seeking a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist-Early Careers-Temp-Perm.
Your new role
As a Recruitment Specialist-Early Careers, you will be part of a fast-paced, recruitment team and will be responsible for taking ownership for all apprenticeship roles, the engaging, attracting and assessing for all future apprenticeships, you will be managing volume recruitment, advertising, screening, shortlisting and facilitating and supporting with assessment centres. This role can be remote based with travel from time to time or hybrid.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Specialist, who has managed the end-end recruitment and selection process for Early Careers recruitment, ideally apprenticeships, you must have experience managing volume recruitment. You will ideally be available with no more than 2 weeks notice.
