Reporting to Head of HR
I am working with a leading multi academy trust who are looking for a motivated HR Officer to join the team on a permanent basis. If you are passionate about HR and looking to make real change this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
About the role
The responsibilities of the successful candidate include advising on lower-level ER cases, contributing to the review and development of new staffing processes, as well as succinct delivery of all on-boarding requirements for new starters. The HR team is needing some reshaping and improvements so if you are up for a challenge and want to add real value this could be an excellent opportunity.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy and varied role where they are used to working to a fast pace. This candidate will have to use their initiative in order to produce successful outcomes moving forward. They will be used to handling high volume recruitment supporting managers with low to mid-level ER cases and will be able to successfully build relationships with stakeholders.
