The interim International Mobility Manager will have full responsibility for International Mobility at UK and Ireland level, both strategically and operationally.

As the Interim International Mobility Manager you will have full responsibility for International Mobility at UK and Ireland level, both strategically and operationally. The role will have responsibility for managing more traditional Expat assignments, whilst also shaping and providing expert advice on topics such as remote working, cross-border working and alternative employment models.

The role will act as an expert on process management for all categories of international workers linked to the UK and Ireland, including inbound and outbound, and will own the local implementation of mobility policy and guidelines.


  • Demonstrate experience as an International Mobility Manager
  • Excellent stakeholder management, able to advise and challenge at all levels both internally and with third party vendors
  • Experience of working on both strategic and operational topics
  • Knowledge of current local laws, regulations and procedures governing compensation and benefits taxation, ideally having worked on IM across both UK and Ireland

Job Offer

c£300 Per day - 3-6 months

Home based with occasional travel to Trowbridge
