I am currently recruiting in the educational sector for an experience HR Advisor who is keen to bring their wealth of knowledge to this post. If you are up for a challenge and keen to make a strong impact this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
About the role
This role required the successful candidate to have strong experience advising on a range of ER cases from low level to more complex. The HR Advisor will be working with a large headcount so ideally experience working in a similar organisation is ideal. The candidate will also be required to work to a fast pace, where they can prioritise their workload efficiently.
Candidate profile
The successful candidate will have had at least two years working as a HR Advisor. They will be an individual who is solution focused and driven and able to hit the ground running.
