EMEA Payroll Analyst

Frazer Jones partnered with a leading Technology giant and social network platform based in Central London, to assist with a search for a Payroll Analyst to join the international team operating globally across Europe regions. Currently in a rapid growth period, they are looking to expand their payroll to match the growing demand while providing an opportunity for a social media enthusiast to join the company during exciting period of headcount expansion.

As EMEA Payroll Analyst you will be processing payroll data for multiple countries predominantly across European jurisdictions. You will bring previous exposure to EMEA Payroll to understand local legislation and quickly adapt to high population environment as you will be managing payroll for over 5,000 employees.

• Process payroll for designated countries across Europe
• Continuously seek and promote process improvement
• Manage payroll vendors in Europe while adhering to contract and SLA
• Develop relationships with local authorities to understand local payroll and tax legislation
• Partner with internal stakeholders to upgrade employee experience

• Solid experience in running European payroll for 4+ countries
• Knowledge in local payroll and tax legislation
• Exposure to process payroll for population over 1,000 employees
• Systems savvy with advanced Excel skills including V-lookups and Pivot Tables, previous experience using payroll systems
• Active interest in social media and desire to join a growing company
• European language is a benefit
